AUTOGRAPH ART LTD. Can supply a targeted list of between 25 and 100 items of many different genres of memorabilia ( Sports Memorabilia, Celebrity,film, TV, Rock and Pop)
AUTOGRAPH ART LTD will arrive at your event, set up our professionally lit display stand showcasing all of the events memorabilia for your guest to browse. When your event starts your MC will announce that they will have the opportunity to place a bid on any of the items in the silent auction in addition to the main auction and during the evening will repeat to ensure maximum participation. The MC will inform your guests of the closing time. Bidding sheets during the course of the evening are collected and the highest bids at the close of your silent auction secures the item of memorabilia.
Following the closure of your silent auction, our Auction will collect payment all of the winning bidders on our mobile card payment terminal.
Your event has no up front payments or costs to your charity or fund raising event, you will receive in the post or by hand a full detailed report of what items have sold and the cost breakdown after all items of memorabilia have been paid for and delivered.
Silent Auctions provide another means of raising funds from those who might not wish to bid in the Main Auction.
